Energies of the Week: July 14–20, 2025 ✨💫🌀
Mercury Retrograde
This week, something within us stirs, not with a bang, but as a spark. It’s a soft yet insistent pull from the past, asking for review, perhaps even for forgiveness.
We stand at a threshold: between past and future, heart and mind, presence and unreadiness.
The fire of Aries and Leo meets the waters of Cancer and the air of Gemini, and something inside us longs to breathe, to heal, to feel again.
This week, Mercury stations retrograde at 15° Leo, guiding us not only back in time but inward, to the core of our being. It invites us to revisit our path, correct past mistakes, and resolve lingering matters that block our creative flow.
Saturn, now retrograde from July 13 to November 27, draws us out of the illusion of external control and linear time. It invites us to tune into our inner clock, to find our true rhythm, and to align with where we truly need or deeply desire to go.
It holds up mirrors from past battles, asking for maturity and less impulsiveness.
In the months ahead, we are held accountable primarily to ourselves, and we are allowed to see where we’ve abandoned our strength and where we failed to take initiative out of fear of failure or rejection.
This retrograde season becomes a chance to rethink our goals, re-evaluate how we work toward them, and adjust our methods and boundaries, to secure real progress and success.
✨💫On Tuesday, July 15, Saturn and Neptune draw within minutes of an exact conjunction, a rare celestial alignment that will reach its full expression in February 2026. This marks the seeding of a new cycle, calling us to build something that carries the signature of the soul, with structure, devotion, spiritual clarity, and mature action.
This powerful convergence begins the birth of a new Self, both individually and collectively. It’s a call to sacred responsibility. And as old dreams fade or dissolve, we create space for new, soul-aligned visions to emerge.
On the same day the semi-square between Venus and Chiron at 12° Gemini-27° Aries may temporarily challenge emotional expression and connection. It can bring feelings of inadequacy or emotional distance. But this alignment is not here to hurt you, it’s here to teach you.
It shows that you are worthy of love exactly as you are, in your complexity, curiosity, vulnerability, and contradictions.
It invites you to see the Other not as a wound to fix, but as a human to accept, just as they are.
✨💫On Thursday, July 17, the Third Quarter Moon 🌗 at 25° Aries ♈ squares the Sun in Cancer, stirring inner tension. This may erupt as frustration, anger, or emotional overwhelm.
The Moon in Aries wants to act, to defend the self, even if that risks rupture. But the Cancer Sun calls us to protect what we love, to stay connected with our tenderness and our truth.
The Third Quarter Moon is a time of crisis and assessment, a moment to release what hasn’t worked during the lunar cycle. It’s a call to decompress, to make space for the new. And perhaps the most heroic act this week is not to react but to pause, breathe, and turn impulse into awareness.
✨💫On Friday, July 18, as Mercury turns retrograde at 15° Leo, we’re offered a sacred pause a moment to listen to the inner voice and reconsider how we express our fire, our creativity, our light. This retrograde will last until August 11, reaching back to 4° Leo.
During Mercury retrograde, misunderstangings and delays are more likely, and things may require more time, thoughtful planning and a back up plan before moving forward. Yet this transit offers a precious opportunity to process and intergrate the transformation unfolding within and around us, and to revisit this area of your chart, seeing what truly inspires and motivates you.
The Sabian Symbol for this retrograde degree is “Sunshine after a storm.” It reminds us that clarity often follows chaos, and that we now have the chance to reframe past events with greater insight. Therefore, we don’t return to the past to get lost in it. We return to understand it.
To find the exact point where the storm left confusion, and bring light to that place with a new perspective.
On the same day the harmonious sextile between Mercury and Venus at 15° Leo and Gemini weaves a golden thread between the mind and the heart. Thoughts and desires align with grace, allowing tender, playful, and sincere expression to flow more effortlessly.
This uplifting influence favors especially the second decan of the Fire and Air signs, supporting social events, networking, commerce, and all forms of creative expression. It’s a beautiful moment to refine a creative project in progress, to revisit and reassess relationships, and to soothe misunderstandings with kindness.
But the magic of this aspect doesn’t stop at people, it may also bring a reconnection with old ideas, forgotten talents, cherished memories, or feelings that are now ready for a second chance.
✨💫Saturday, July 19, brings a more sensitive energy, as the Sun in Cancer squares Chiron in Aries at 27°. This aspect may illuminate deep-rooted emotional wounds related to identity, safety, and a sense of belonging.
As it affects the final days of the Cardinal signs (Cancer, Capricorn, Aries, Libra), it may awaken family issues, childhood traumas, and matters related to parental figures.
This aspect doesn’t necessarily come to hurt, but to reveal.
It shines a gentle light on areas where we might have learned to suppress our spontaneity or autonomy to “fit in”,whether within our family, society, or intimate relationships.
It invites us to recognize the pattern and to retrain our inner child, to feel safe even when asserting its truth.
We are also approaching a karmically charged alignment: the Mars–South Node conjunction in Virgo at 20° on Sunday, July 21. This is no ordinary conjunction, it activates the eclipse axis and sends a subtle warning of themes that may climax by September.
On a personal level, it brings the opportunity for cleansing old karmic patterns related to service, work, health, and control.
It urges us to release overanalysis and perfectionism, to free ourselves from physical and mental exhaustion.
There is nothing left to prove. This is a time for energetic detox of the body, of the spirit, and of outdated drives.
The Sabian symbol for 20° Virgo is “A Caravan of Cars Headed Across the Desert.”
And so, the question arises:
Is the road you are traveling alongside others, still your true direction?
Or is it part of a survival strategy from the past that no longer serves you?
Are you a soldier of a mission that’s forgotten its purpose?
A leader treading over worn-out land?
Or have you become stuck in an endless journey, long detached from its original destination?
This conjunction invites you to open your Soul’s map and ask:
Is this caravan moving toward something alive, or am I following it out of habit?
And who’s driving? Me or my old self?
It’s time to redefine the purpose of your path, because the old road may not lead to the new Earth your heart longs for.
On the other side, the Sabian Symbol for the North Node in Pisces, “A table set for an evening meal,” opens a gateway of reward for a soul that may be weary from the long journey.
The nourishment offered here is not necessarily material.
It is Love, Peace, Faith.
It is the spiritual abundance that awaits when we release our need to control and surrender to something greater than ourselves.
As Mars aligns with the South Node, karmic patterns may be activated, urging us to fight the same old battles with the same old weapons. But through awareness, a new possibility emerges:
The chance to break free.
The opportunity to act differently.
To stop fighting where trust is needed.
To choose the path of Grace over the path of struggle.
The Universe has already set the table.
The offering has been made.
Are you ready to receive it?
Wishing you a beautiful, blessed week ahead!✨💫🕊☮
With love💓💓💓
